Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Memorabilia Marketplace. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items Eligible for Return: Most products purchased from The Memorabilia Marketplace can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in unused, original condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Custom or personalized items (unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival).
    • Gift cards, digital downloads, or other non-returnable items.
    • Items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
